LLAS course cancellation & change policy (including refunds)

Client cancels/changes course

7 days prior to course commencement date

A client may CHANGE their booking up to 7 days PRIOR TO the commencement of the course for which they have registered and transfer to another session. Clients can make the change online by logging into their account or by contacting the LLAS direct.

If a client chooses to CANCEL their booking up to 7 days PRIOR to the commencement of the course, they will NOT receive a refund, but will receive a credit to the value of the cancelled course and have the option to book on another course in the near future. The cost of the course may change in the mean time.

Clients who register for a course by phone, email, mail, fax, or online but do not pay and do not attend the course on the day, will be billed by the LLAS for the total amount of the course.

Less than 7 days prior to the course commencement date.

If a client CHANGES or CANCELS their course booking less than 7 days PRIOR to the commencement of the course, they will incur a penalty fee of 40% of the cost of the course.

The client must contact the LLAS by phone [020 7974 1970] or e-mail [LLAS@camden.gov.uk], and guidance will be provided on how to proceed.

Less than 24 hours prior to the course commencement.

No changes to course bookings will be allowed LESS than 1 working day [24 hours] PRIOR to the commencement of the course. No refund or reimbursement will be made for any cancellation or change to course booking.

Failure to attend (no show)

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled training session, without advising the LLAS, by phone [020 7974 1970] or e-mail [LLAS@camden.gov.uk] a minimum of 1 working day [24 hours] before the commencement of the course, will receive NO reimbursement or discount on future courses.

LLAS cancels/changes course

Under no circumstance will the LLAS be liable for any cost, whether incurred directly or indirectly, caused as a result of any cancellation or change of venue or date.

In the event the LLAS need to cancel a course or change the time, venue or date of a course, we will attempt to notify all affected parties, including the venue, trainers and any clients registered for the course as soon as possible.

The LLAS will only cancel a course due to insufficient registrations a minimum of 14 days prior to the commencement of the course.

Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time.

Should the LLAS need to cancel a course, all registered clients will be offered the options of booking on an alternative course in the future or receiving a full refund.

Companies and partnerships

The above conditions also apply to Companies and Partnerships registered for a course with the LLAS.

Limitation of Liability

Clients are responsible for taking care of their own property. Liability for accident, injury or loss suffered while attending LLAS courses will only be accepted by the LLAS if it is directly due to our negligence. The LLAS accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred in using material or information obtained at our events.
