London Landlords' Day

London Landlords' Day (LLD) is an annual one day event, now in it’s 9th year. This is a free event, attended mostly by landlords from within London but attracts many from other areas of the UK. The event is promoted to landlords in and around the London area through direct mailing (approximately 21,000) and through partnership contacts.

Following the success of the LLD last year, we will be hosting the event once again the year on 23 September. We are seeking assistance and sponsorship to help us continue to make this annual event a success. Aside from the networking opportunities this event presents, there are many other opportunities to promote your products and services to landlords by sponsoring specific activities or providing general sponsorship for the event.

The following advertising and sponsorship opportunities are currently available for LLD 2006:

LLAS Development Sessions

The LLAS accreditation one-day development sessions are conducted at various locations across London 2-3 times per week with each session attracting approximately 20-25 attendees. With the recent i ntroduction of the Housing Act, demand for these courses is increasing. Additional half-day training sessions about the Housing Act and Housing in Multiple Occupation (HMO) are also currently available.

Option 1

Sponsor an LLAS training session. We will organise trainers, catering and the venue. The training session will be promoted on the LLAS website as Accreditation Course sponsored by “Your Company” with a link to your company website. You may also provide a promotional leaflet to include with the training manuals.

Option 2

Your company provides the venue and catering. Training session will be advertised as LLAS training sponsored by “Your Company” with a link to your company website up to the date of the course. You will have the opportunity to conduct discussions or a forum with the landlords during the day.

Print and Design

Opportunity to provide sponsorship for LLAS and LLD print and design requirements. This may be in the form of discount on printing and production costs or full print and design costs on specific materials
