A new event for PRS landlords & agents in London and the South East and is to inspire inform and support the regions landlords and agents. A series of seminars will take place alongside Keynote speakers and Question time.
LLAS staffs with input from the Residential Landlord Association, Southern Landlord Association and Training for Professionals are offering training seminars specifically geared for the PRS Sector. The intensive one day programme is designed to give participants an overview of the key issues in PRS housing and their impact. The Keynote speakers will also provide a framework for considering a number of likely legislative, policy and market changes that will see significant changes in PRS provision across the country in 2017.
The one day conference & training is aimed at landlords, letting and managing agents, local authority staff with specialist interest in the Private Rented Sector and for anyone thinking of becoming a landlords or an agent.
This bespoke programme has been designed to give delegates maximum opportunity to question, express opinions and debate with the plenary speakers on the future of PRS whilst ample networking time will allow for peer discussion and introductions.
