Description
The training will cover all the main areas that a landlords and agents should know in order to operate a successful business; -
- The preliminary requirement,
- How to set up a tenancy,
- How to prevent problems occurring during a tenancy,
- What do if things go wrong and what to do at the end of the tenancy?
The major areas to be covered will be:
- Pre-Tenancy
- Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Start of Tenancy
- During Tenancy
- How to end the Tenancy
Lunch will be provided on the day. Please note that we do not cater for any dietary requirements

Venue Facilities
There are some pay-and-display parking bays close to the centre, in Albion Drive and Middleton Road. The nearest car park is on Bentley Road, which is an approximately eight minute walk from the centre.
Directions
We are within walking distance of Haggerston Overground station. The centre is less than one mile from the City, conveniently located between Shoreditch and Dalston. It is serviced by several bus routes passing through Kingsland Road (A10). We are less than five minutes walk from the nearest bus stop.
