What is the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS)? AND
What is UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership (UKLAP)?


A scheme to recognise good landlords and agents who have the skills to run a successful rental business and so provide their tenants with good quality and safe accommodation.

An umbrella organisation, UKLAP exists to promote the LLAS model outside of London. Regions accross the UK are now affiliated with LLAS. You do not need to own and rent a property in London to become accredited by LLAS.
