What is London Landlords’ Day?
The event is non profit making, now in its 7th year. It is organised by the London Landlord Partnership (LLP) , a project group of London councils and university accommodation offices encouraging joint working on private sector housing issues.
LLP’s aim is to help to improve the standard of privately rented housing in London, by working with landlords to improve their management skills and their understanding of legislation and requirements of local authorities.
Programme for the day
This year’s programme will continue along the Housing Act 2004 theme and look at the impact the changes to housing law have had and the practical implciations. Housing Act 2004 – is it working for you.
