Do I need to own a rented property in London to be accredited?

No. The scheme is open to landlords/agents new to the business, as well as those landlords/agent who have been in business for over 40 years plus and those considering becoming a landlord or an agent. 

So the Scheme is open to everyone that wishes to buy, rent or manage properties within the PRS (Private Rented Sector)
