The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS)
The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme launched in 2004 as a partnership of all London boroughs, landlord organisations and educational organisations, aims to recognise good practice and improve conditions in the private rented sector.
The LLAS & ATLAS has continued to accredit landlords, agents and organisations face to face, via Online & Virtual Accreditation Training and now has over 40000 members 1500 agents, 8900 members outside of London and a database of over 45000 accredited and non-accredited members, the biggest and most established scheme in the UK.

The benefits of joining LLAS

- Training: LLAS training is delivered by an expert trainer and is competitively priced. It covers all aspects of private sector tenancy management and is widely regarded as the most comprehensive landlord training course on offer.
- No membership fees: LLAS has no membership fees or annual contracts. You can secure accreditation for five-years by taking a one-day training. After that, there are no additional costs or charges.
