Course - Events Cancellation and Change Policy



FACE TO FACE TRAINING, ONLINE, & VIRTUAL TRAINING

Client cancels or changes course booking

Online Accreditation Training

You will have 30 days to complete the course from the day you purchased the course. Failure to complete the course in the allowed time or failing one of the section tests more than twice, will require the course to be purchased again and no refunds.

If wrongly booked. A client may CHANGE their booking up to 15 days PRIOR TO the commencement of the online training & transfer to virtual training session. Clients can make the change by contacting the LLAS/ATLAS direct.

Client cancels or changes course booking Face to face & Virtual Accreditation Training

Up to 7 days prior to course commencement date

A client may CHANGE their booking up to 7 days PRIOR TO the commencement of the course for which they have registered and transfer to another session. Clients can make the change by contacting the LLAS/ ATLAS direct.

If a client chooses to CANCEL/CHANGE their booking up to 7 days PRIOR to the commencement of the course, they will NOT receive a refund, but will receive a credit to the value of the cancelled course and have the option to book on another course in the near future, BUT within 6 months of the original application. The cost of the course may change in the mean time and any increased costing would need to be found by the client.

Clients who register for a course by phone, email, mail, or online but do not pay prior to their course attendance; will be liable to pay the full course fees of £130.10p for the 2yr accreditation & £230.10p for 5yr accreditation   

Between 6 days and 1 working day prior to the course commencement date.

If a client CHANGES or CANCELS their course booking less than 7 days PRIOR to the commencement of the course, they will incur an administration fee of 40% of the cost of the course (£39.96) for 2yr accreditation & £79.96  for a 5yr accreditation.  The client must contact LLAS/ATLAS by phone 020 7974 6975 or e-mail llas@Camden.gov.uk  and guidance will be provided on how to proceed.   

Less than 1 working day prior to the course commencement

No changes to course bookings will be allowed LESS than 1 day PRIOR to the commencement of the course.  No refund or reimbursement will be made for any cancellation or change to course booking. Client will have to book and pay for the course again

 

Failure to attend (no show) on the day

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled training session, without advising the LLAS/ATLAS, by phone 020 7974 6975 or e-mail llas@Camden.gov.uk  minimum of 1 working day (24 hours) before the commencement of the course, will receive NO reimbursement, and their course fees will not be carried forward to the next course date. They will have to book and pay for the course again online or by post

LLAS cancels or changes course

The ATLAS will not be liable for any cost, whether incurred directly or indirectly, caused as a result of any cancellation/Postponement or change of venue or date. In the event the ATLAS need to cancel a course or change the time, venue or date of a course, we will attempt to notify all affected parties, including the venue, trainers and any clients registered for the course as soon as possible.

ATLAS will only cancel a course if either there are insufficient registrations for the course and all registered clients will be contacted at least 2 working days prior to the commencement of the course. (Or in that unlikely event the cancellation may occur up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the course) or there are unforeseen circumstances (which may occur at any time).

Should the LLAS-ATLAS have to cancel a course, all registered clients will be offered the options of booking on an alternative course in the future, BUT must complete the course within 6 months from the original application date or should they wish to can ask for a full refund of their course fees,

Companies and partnerships

The above conditions also apply to companies and partnerships registered for a course with the ATLAS.

Limitation of liability

You are responsible for taking care of your own property. Liability for accident, injury or loss suffered while attending ATLAS courses will only be accepted by the ATLAS if it is directly due to our negligence. ATLAS accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred in using material or information obtained at our events.

  Events Booking Information

Please NOTE payments can be made online at https://www.londonlandlords.org.uk/payment/

Alternatively, you will be invoiced prior to the event or after for bookings of £450 & above.

  • If you cancel a booking more than 1 month before the event, you will be charged a 25% administration fee per person cancelled.
  • If you cancel within 2 weeks before the event you will be charged the 50% per person cancelled.
  • If you cancel your booking a week prior to the event day you will not be reimbursed.
  • If at the time of booking, you do not know the names of delegates, please let us have names no later than two weeks before the event.
  • To qualify for the landlord or agent rate you must be accredited. Please keep a photocopy of the booking form for your records if possible.
  • LLAS/ATLAS will not be liable for reimbursing delegate fees if delegates are not able to participate in an event due to circumstances out of the LLAS/ATLAS reasonable control including,
  • but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood,
  • transport strikes, closures or delays or any other Force Majeure or Act of God.

The event booking is subject to the usual LLAS/ATLAS Terms & Conditions, including LLAS/ATLAS cancellation policy available on the website at www.londonlandlords.org.uk  

Limitation of Liability

The LLAS/ATLAS accepts responsibility for accident, injury or loss suffered whilst attending the event only if it is directly due to negligence on our part. Delegates are responsible for taking care of their own property. LLAS/ATLAS accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred whilst using material or information gained at the event.

Cancellation of Event
Should LLAS/ATLAS cancel the event; in this case we will return any payments received in advance. We will not refund any other costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.

Copyright
The copyright of all conference material rests with the LLAS/ATLAS or with the speakers GDPR 2018. When you make a booking your contact details will be stored on our database. We will use this data for the purposes of processing your booking and to contact you in the future with information about other LLAS/ATLAS events and products that may be of interest to you.
