What should I do if I can't find my LLAS certificate?

If you have misplaced your LLAS/UKLAP certificate within 3 months of issue, you will receive another copy without any costs to you. Any request after 3 months, there's an admin charge of £20. You should contact UKLAP/LLAS on 020 7974 6975 or email your request to llas@camden.gov.uk
