LLAS has strengthened its HHSRS CPD course to ensure landlords and letting agents fully understand their legal exposure across all 29 hazards under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) — and the forthcoming impact of Awaab’s Law, particularly in relation to Hazard 1: Damp and Mould.
