Description

This is an online course that leads to official LLAS accreditation. The course allow those who cannot get away from work, or who live abroad, to access PRS training and to become accredited landlords and agents.

The preliminary requirement,
How to set up a tenancy,
How to prevent problems occurring during a tenancy,
What do if things go wrong and what to do at the end of the tenancy?

You will need to be able to play sound from which ever device you are using to take the online training. You are required to to listen to each recording in turn before you are able to progress to the next subsection recording or to the test. There will be 8 Questions at the end of each section. Each subsection will be 10-15 minutes long and 15mins must be spent on each section before you are able to progress to the next section.

The Pass mark for the online training is 60% on each section and you will only be able to proceed if you pass the section. If you fail the section, you will have to go back through the learning of that section in order to retake the test and 2 attempts at each section is allowed before you will required to repurchase the course. All 5 sections of the course must be completed within one month of buying the course and there will be no refunds for those who fail repeatedly or fail to complete in the time available.

PLEASE NOTE: You will have 30 days to complete the course. Failure to complete the course in the allowed time or failing one of the section tests more than twice, will require the course to be purchased again and no refunds.

This course is split into 5 section as shown below.The 5 Sections match the face to face course and will be provided as pe-recorded webinars, with the slides showing on the screen and the audio playing The approximate time to complete each section is also shown. Sections consist of 1 or more pages. Each page has a Webinar to watch, and may have some key points to note highlighed for you. At the end of the section there will be a short test to check your understanding of the webinar. and therewill be 8 Questions at the end of each section.
