The UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership, facilitated by London Borough of Camden, is leading a project across London and the South East to help landlords prepare for Green Deal. The project is running through to the end of March and includes a range of offers which may be of interest to landlords. These include:

Subsidised Green Deal Training - a focussed training session, designed specifically for landlords, about using Green Deal and grants to finance refurbishments to your rented properties. Training will be run in mid- to late February. For more details and to register, click here.

Cash-back on Green Deal Assessments - £75 cash back on each Green Deal Assessment if you've completed the Training. £50 cash back if you haven't completed the training but are having a Green Deal Assessment. Download an application form.

Support for showcase properties - £1000 per home for five homes to undertake energy saving improvements and be used to demonstrate the benefits to other landlords considering an upgrade. Download an application form.

We will also be working with private rented tenants to better understand their views about Green Deal and what they would need in order to give their approval to works being carried out or to move into a Green Deal home.
