All you need to do is attend a one-day training course, agree to follow our code of conduct and be a fit and proper person.
Our training covers everything you need to know, including landlord and tenancy rules, Landlords responsibilities and liabilities, start of tenancy, during tenancy and how to end tenancies, health and safety, contracts and property management etc..
The training course costs for 2yra accreditation £130.10p via post & £99.90 for online bookings. And for 5yrs accreditation the costs are £230.10p via post & £199.90 via online
