Content: We will examine the day to day issues that arise in letting offices and how these affect the legal relationship between a landlord and an agent. We will also look at the law, practice and implications of acting as a landlord’s agent, the expectations of the parties and the construction of terms of business.

This course will explore and identify the knowledge that you need to make sure that your agency is not open to negligence claims. The course will highlight the obligations you and your staff have within the law and your terms of business.
