Many people have an HMO without even knowing it. Two friends, one with a baby, is an HMO and this means new obligations and responsibilities arise. Come and learn how to “spot the HMO” and then understand what you need to do in order to comply with additional legislation that then applies. Come and learn simple things that can be done to minimise the problems in managing HMOs.
