Hammersmith & Fulham Council (H&F) is pleased to invite Private Landlords, Managing Agents and Property Managers to the latest H&F Landlord Forum, hosted in collaboration with the NRLA.

Time: 6.30pm to 8.00pm
Venue: The Irish Cultural Centre, 5 Black's Road, London W6 9DT
As you can see on this map, the Irish Cultural Centre is very close to Hammersmith Underground and Bus Station. There is a public car park a few minutes’ walk away in Glenthorne Road. The venue is Ground Floor level access and there are accessible WCs on the Ground Floor.
This is a free event with tea, coffee and light refreshments provided.
The session will include:
- Policy & legislative updates from the NRLA
- Information surrounding H&F’s Private Sector Leasing Scheme and how the Council can work with Private Landlords
- Information from H&F’s Benefits and Revenues team surrounding Universal Credit housing costs
- Information on assistance available to help landlords with Energy Efficiency improvements.
There will be plenty of time for Questions and Answers, and Housing staff from the Council will be available after the meeting until 8.30pm for any individual questions.
